Harleys and High Tech

I don’t watch a lot of TV, don’t go to the movies often, I normally spend the most of my free time outdoors. But last weekend, it was cold and rainy and a friend of mine invited me over for dinner and a movie. The dinner turned out to be carry out Chinese and the movie was “Wild Hogs”. The dinner was good and the movie was funny, but the High Tech projector she had to play the movie was amazing.

It was an Epson MovieMate 72 Multimedia DVD Projector. She had rented it from Rentacomputer.com for a sales presentation she had earlier in the week. It was sweet, it is billed as “The ultimate high-definition projector, DVD and music player combo, Epson MovieMate 72 takes big-screen entertainment to a new level with precision 720p resolution. Enjoy larger-than-life entertainment. It's the all-in-one product with built-in progressive scan DVD/CD player and four 5 W Dolby 5.1 DTS stereo speakers. Epson MovieMate 72 displays standard DVDs in even more detail at high-definition 720p resolution. It projects images up to eight times larger than on a 40-inch, widescreen TV.”

Projector Rentals

Projector Rentals - Business and Personal - NationwideAs summer is long gone, as well as the many summer weddings, and we find ourselves almost at the end of the fall convention session, I thought I would try to give one last “bump” to our Projector Rentals.

Of course projector rentals are popular for spring or summer weddings with our customers using them to display slide shows of the happy couple during their youth and courtship. This is a classic and common use for a projector rental on the non business side. As the short term nature and the importance of the event both lend themselves to the rental scenario.

Then there is the common business projector rental that makes its way to a trade show or convention during the busy fall season. Thought we hope our personal rental customers are not on the pace of a weeding a year, even a business that has a need for a projector only once a year may find itself in the same situation as the happy couple described above. That situation is of course a short term and very infrequent need for some high end AV equipment rentals. The natural solution is of course a call to a Tech Travel Agent. With a complete business class projector rental and AV inventory, your Tech Travel Agent can provide your corporate event with state-of-the-art technology at a fraction of the cost of a purchase. Our business projector rentals are delivered and set up at your office, trade show boot, or convention venue in over 1000 cities worldwide.

Fortunately, as the above seasons have all but passed for the year, these are not the only situations in which a projector rental from www.rentourprojectors.com can save you or your company time and money. Other common reasons to rent projectors include: Training sessions, sales presentations, corporate events, banquets, anniversary parties, family reunions, and a limitless list of annual personal and corporate events that all look a little better and benefit from an affordable projector rental.

Projector News and Articles

Projector News and ReviewsJust wanted to help pass that word about a great new blog I came across a few months back that is dedicated to LCD Projector technology and its use. The blog is simple titled "The Projector Blog". Personally I enjoy how the blog is written for the non technical user. Keeping with that low tech approach The Projector Blog targets more practical aspects of LCD projector technology such as which specs are most important when choosing a projector to buy, or how the technology is commonly used within a market.

One article the stands out in my mind, because it came in handy as I planned out my own media room was entitled “Should I get a screen for my projector”. A simple subject that I appreciated having some input on so that my hard earned cash for this project was not wasted by my lack of education on the subject.

So again if you are interested in LCD projectors I am giving The Projector Blog two thumbs up.
